 LYT Meeting & Sharing
This is a time for LYTs to communicate their needs and make schedule changes. Also, various issues may arise when one delves into spiritual practices and resides in a group living situation. So time is provided to reflect on our goals and discuss the obstacles that are faced. It is important that all LYTs attend this weekly session.

 Satsang (spiritual gathering)
Each Saturday evening the Ashram community gathers for satsang – a time for all of us to come together in the light of the teachings.

Previouis Guest Stay Requeired
If you have never stayed at Yogaville, either as a guest or program participant, it will be necessary to schedule a visit for at least two nights, at the regular guest rate, prior to acceptance into the program. This allows us time to get acquainted and to see if your needs and, those of the Ashram, are compatible.

Please Note:

New LYTs who have not previously stayed at the Ashram are required to participate in a Welcome Weekend offered by our Guest Department. The Welcome Weekend visit may occur the weekend before you begin the LYT program. It includes a two night stay, meals, classes, a tour of the Ashram, Saturday evening program of Kirtan and Satsang and a Sunday morning talk. If your Welcome Weekend is the weekend before you begin the program, the LYT program hosts you free of charge for Sunday night. Orientation begins at 9am on Monday morning.

During the Welcome Weekend, you are expected to attend the Saturday and Sunday morning Guided Meditation classes, Saturday and Sunday morning Hatha Yoga classes, the Saturday afternoon Ashram tour, Saturday evening Satsang and Sunday morning Integral Yoga talk. Staying for these two days to participate in the Integral Yoga lifestyle, enables you to determine if a month's commitment suits you; simultaneously, it allows us to see how we can support your spiritual goals.
